Why not use AI or send more volume with automation?

When we were building our agency, we tried automating emails and looked at every AI tool in the market.

None could craft highly-personalized emails that didn’t look like spam and send them to the exact type of people we wanted to without accidentally sending some emails to people we didn’t want.

So we resorted to doing things the “hard way”, sending highly-personalized emails ourselves and then training offshore talent to take over that process. The “hard way” ended up being the thing that grew our business sustainably - so we built a repeatable system around it.

Do I communicate directly with the talent working for us?

Our talent is hired for research & efficiency aptitude (think a little nerdy & introverted), they may not be the best at mediating client communications or demands.

Instead, we give you a dedicated project manager who will take over all the communication and act as the middle man/woman between you and the talent and manages our researchers for efficiency.

This way, we can respond faster to your questions and have one person who deeply understands your business and preferences and can brief new or existing talent when you need them without repeating yourself.

Why don't you charge per meeting booked like other agencies?

Charging by meeting booked doesn't actually align incentives the way most people think it does. It gives the agency a large incentive to send as many emails as possible to whoever can be relevant and fight on what counts as a "qualified" meetings vs unqualified meeting.

We believe with our no commitment month to month contracts and no upfront cost pricing model, our incentives are extremely aligned to earn your business every month. You only renew with us if the pure ROI calculation makes sense for every month

What's the best way to communicate?

We work best in Slack external channels but can adapt to other communication platforms when it makes sense.

How exactly does pricing work?

You pay us monthly flat rates with no hidden fees and long-term contracts.

You can add talent to your account when you need to scale up operations and we'll train researchers in our ecosystem on your exact needs.

What's your method to source emails?

We rely on over 20 compliant data sources to source email addresses.

Typically we can source emails for ~80% of people with a LinkedIn profile - it's pretty easy to find most business profiles and hand-customize emails based on our data on what works.

We can work with ultra-specific parameters like emailing upscale Italian restaurants in New York City. With a human researcher we can find their emails on their websites and build lists. Using a human, we can build very reliable lists and filter out bad fit prospects and email addresses.

What happens a researcher gets sick/has an emergency?

We refund days not worked from your monthly bill when our researchers are unable to work. If a researcher has to be replaced, we will notify you and train a replacement researcher from our pool of talent.

How do you mediate timezone differences from our prospects & researchers?

We've designed a queue system where researchers add prospect emails along with personalization to a funnel that feeds the many email domains and IPs that we cold email from at the exact time your prospects would be checking their work emails.

How do maintain efficiency from researchers?

Our researchers are benchmarked cross accounts for efficiency and our lowest performers are first retrained, and then if they're still low performing replaced at cost to us every month.
